Somatic Alignment & Breathwork

Breath is essential for life, providing nourishment and energy to our bodies. When we bring awareness to it, we anchor ourselves in the present moment.

By integrating practices like mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing and energy activation, we can connect with the body where unresolved emotional tension may be stored. This process facilitates emotional release, supporting nervous system regulation and enabling us to break free from old behavioral patterns while rewiring healthier coping mechanisms.

Breathwork was introduced to me while living in Bali. As a clinical pharmacist with over 27 years of experience in Western medicine, I would have likely judged it with skepticism had I been in a different environment. However, in an intimate circle of friends, we were guided by movement, music, and touch, into the depths of an emotional subconscious held within our bodies, unlocked simply through conscious breathing. These breathwork experiences have helped me release emotional baggage I had unwittingly carried and projected onto others. Bringing awareness to how my body stored fear, anxiety, and stress has equipped me with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity. To deepen my understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection and help others reconnect with themselves, I returned to Bali to learn facilitation skills in somatic alignment and breathwork.
